I’m Stephanie Zheng, a 20-something skincare-obsessed entrepreneur and licensed esthetician living in New York City. I’m the founder + CEO of Mount Lai, a beauty brand rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as a beauty + lifestyle influencer at @collectionofvials.
I love travel-sized beauty products, I own too many candles and I still get excited whenever I finish a product! (#empties make me happy.)
I’ll admit that my skincare journey has not been easy and I’ve been dealing with cystic acne, hormonal breakouts and eczema flares for years. My struggles with acne and eczema are what first introduced me to this amazing world of beauty and now I’m here to share that with you.

My first job out of college was in the beauty industry! I used to be on the e-commerce team at Clinique before leaving to pursue Mount Lai and Collection of Vials full-time in August 2018.
