A few weeks ago, the Byredo Wooster store held an event to celebrate its ten year anniversary and the launch of the new unnamed fragrance. The Byredo store on Wooster is one of my all time favorites when it comes to design. (Aesop storesrank pretty high as well.) The place smells amazing and has shelves and shelves of beautiful fragrances, candles and handbags. Byredo was offering a gift with purchase and gift bag for all attendees so even though I wasn’t planning on getting anything, of course I ended up shopping. I already have two fragrances, one from Guerlain and another from Dior, so I knew I didn’t want to purchase a fragrance. I ended up picking up the Blanche hand cream and received the Bal D’Afrique hand cream for free as part of the gift with purchase! They both smell amazing and leave my hands feeling so moisturized.

I invited my friend Arlina as my +1 and we left with a bag filled with goodies!

My favorite part of the gift bag was the mini candle they included! The scent is called Burning Rose and I must say, it is very appropriately named. It has a very unique smokey rose scent.

In total, I purchased the Blanche hand cream and received another hand cream as a gift with purchase as well as a white paper bag sealed with a sticker and the Burning Rose mini candle.

What’s in the white paper bag you might ask? Six samples! Travel sized minis and samples are my favorite things ever.
