I’m slowly making my way through writing reviews of all of Glossier’s products and today’s post is a Glossier Stretch Concealer review. The whole premise behind Glossier’s makeup line, which I love, is makeup that lets skin still look like skin. Unlike other traditional concealers, the Glossier Stretch Concealer is made with micro waxes that move with the face so it doesn’t look like you’re wearing a ton of makeup. It’s a pretty versatile concealer with a buildable formula that can be used on everything from dark circles to discoloration to pimples.

I love doing ingredient breakdowns because I like knowing what’s in the products I put on my skin. What gives the Glossier Stretch Concealer its elastic consistency is beeswax and microcrystalline wax and its coverage is non-toxic mineral pigments. What I like about the Stretch Concealer is that it is also nourishing for the skin because it has avocado and jojoba oil as well as cocoa butter, all of which hydrate skin and give skin a natural dewy looking finish.

I took a close up picture of the concealer so you can really see the creaminess of the texture. To use, you swirl your fingertip over the surface to warm the product and pick up a thin layer of product. All of Glossier’s products are designed so that you don’t need any tools – you only need your hands to apply! Personally, I think the Glossier Stretch Concealerworks best on under-eye circles. It is slightly warmer/red toned in pigment, which is better for covering the green tinge of eye bags. I prefer my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer on zits and pimples but the Stretch Concealer is amazing at brightening the area under your eyes and making you look more awake. I like a more matte finish so I’ll usually finish off with some powder after applying the concealer.
