Tatcha Travel Sized Luminous Dewy Skin Mist

Last week, I wrote a post on the unboxing of my order from Tatcha, which you can read here. The product I ordered was the travel sized version of the Luminous Dewy Skin Mist. First things first, it’s important to note that this is not a makeup setting spray but rather a spray that, as the name suggests, makes your skin dewy and glowing. It was created to be a solution for dullness and uneven texture.

It has a milky consistency and is more opaque than traditional mists, which are usually clear. The Tatcha dewy skin mist is more opaque because it’s formulated with 20% botanical oils and humectants so it’s kind of like a spray-on moisturizer.

You can use it on clean skin or after makeup application. It’s a super fine mist that sprays really evenly. Unlike some other sprays that are too harsh, I feel comfortable spraying this over my makeup because the mist is very light. It’s very refreshing and cooling and I like to spray it during the day to wake up my skin.

The travel size is perfect for taking on trips and spraying during the flight. The air on the plane is extremely drying because the aircraft has to pump in outside air to dilute the carbon dioxide and at such a high altitude, there is very little moisture in the air. The Tatcha Dewy Skin Mist is a handy little beauty product to have to restore hydration to your skin during your travels.
