Davids Natural Toothpaste

I first posted about wanting to find an alternative to Colgate toothpaste in June of this year and ended up trying Marvis. I tested out Marvis but wanted to switch to a natural toothpaste instead and discovered Davids Toothpaste! The company reached out to me to try the toothpaste for a review and was kind enough to give away some tubes for some of you to try as well! I love the overall design aesthetic and packaging of the brand. The minty green color is so relaxing to look at! Perfect shade for a toothpaste brand.

The toothpaste is packaged in a retro-cool recyclable metal tube. Usually with metal tubes it is hard to squeeze everything out in a neat and even manner but this conveniently comes with a metal tube key for easy squeezing!

All of the ingredients in Davids are sustainably sourced, GMO-free, SLS free, no artificial ingredients or sweeteners, cruelty free, fluoride free, and made with 98% USA origin ingredients (2% Japan).

Taste wise, Davids is flavored with peppermint oil which was a very different taste than the artificial flavors from my previous toothpastes. It did take a little while for me to get used to but is super refreshing and has a nice, clean aftertaste. The packaging is so beautiful and I love how it looks on the bathroom counter.  It’s also environmentally friendly, natural and made in the US which are all positives in my book and exactly the kind of toothpaste I was looking for.
