I made a compilation of my favorite skincare products of 2016 so I thought I would do one for makeup as well! Read more for detailed reviews on why these products made the list.

1. Marc Jacobs O!Mega Bronzer in Tantric
I never really used bronzer but I received this as a deluxe sample in one of my past Sephora orders in the beginning of the year. I only use a tiny bit just to give my face a little more dimensionality. I also love to use it on my eyelids as an eyeshadow, it really gives my eyes more dimension.

2. NARS Blush in Orgasm
A cult classic and for good reason. I feel like this blush is universally flattering and a staple to have.

3. Glossier Priming Moisturizer
This moisturizer has made the list of both my favorite skincare products of 2016 and favorite makeup products. I included this in my makeup list because it’s my go-to primer and very light but easily buildable.

4. Glossier Skin Tint in Medium
After using the priming moisturizer, I use around 8 drops of the skin tint. It’s super sheer but really good at evening skin tone and reducing redness.

5. Lord & Berry Lip Liner in Bare
This year was also the year that I discovered lip liner. I love this color because it’s super natural but still makes a difference. The formula is also long lasting and not too drying.

6. Glossier Generation G in Crush (I also love Jam)
These lipsticks are fuss free and really easy to apply. I love the look of sheer-matte lip colors and how all the shades are universally flattering for all skin tones. Gen G makes it easy for my to swipe some color onto my lips and rush out the door in the morning.

7. Glossier Boy Brow in Black
I have always struggled with eyebrow makeup because my eyebrow hair is naturally very thin. Boy Brow is amazing at making my eyebrows look fuller and grooming them in place.

8. Marc Jacobs Gel Crayon Eyeliner in (Plum)Age
I’ve been really loving Marc Jacobs makeup releases recently. This eyeliner is in pencil form but has a gel-like formula. I love the deep plum/shimmery purple color, it’s perfect for brown eyes. Whenever I wear eyeliner, I usually wear only plum purple shades.
