Before summer ends, I wanted to make a post rounding up some products that I think just encompass summer. These six picks transport me to somewhere relaxing and tropical and are perfect for achieving that radiant, sunlit glow.

Glossier Coconut Balm Dotcom

This is exactly what I image a tropical summer vacation to smell like. It has a light coconut scent that’s not too strong or artificial smelling. Georgette Klinger Coconut Facial Mist

This is wonderful for spraying to cool off during a hot day. You can even keep it in the fridge if you really something soothing. Like the Coconut Balm Dotcom, it smells like summer! It’s great. This mist is also good for hydrating parched skin after a sunny day at the beach.  

Kylie Cosmetics King K Metal Matte

This is….my favorite eyeshadow (lol). The metal matte formula surprisingly lasts pretty much all day as an eyeshadow. Yes, I know it’s supposed to be for lips but I honestly think it’s such a flattering shade for the eyes.  It’s nice and gold/bronze-y. I believe that Mac has a pigment that’s similar to this if you prefer a powder formula.  

Darphin Soleil Plaisir Sultry Shimmer Oil

I like to use this after the shower. It’s kind of like a two in one – it moisturizes your skin and gives your body a subtle radiance! The good thing about this formula is that the shimmery stuff doesn’t all just settle on the bottom of the container, which happens to some other body oils with shimmer.  

Glossier Haloscope in Topaz

This is so good on the cheekbones to give you a subtle bronzed glow but even better on the collarbones and shoulders! Perfect for off the shoulder blouses or tank tops. You can find my full review on it here.  

Milk Makeup Liquid Strobe in Beam

Just a warning, the way this product is packaged makes it a little hard to use. It’s a rollerball and all the product settles on the bottom of the container so you have to shake it around a lot before you use it. Besides the minor packaging issue, it’s a pretty color that I like to use as a highlight – corners of my eyes, on the cheeks and on the tip of the nose.
